Conventional Mediation
Allows the parties to settle a disagreement without going to court,following a clause inserted ab initio or a posteriori once a problem or disagreement arises
Preventive Mediation
Because prevention is better than cure.
Ideal when you have a project to carry out (business creation, CSR, etc.)
Mediation is transformed here into a real tool for management and crisis management
Judicial Mediation
By appointment of the Judge when he considers it appropriate, orur request of the Parties themselves, once the proceedings have been instituted.
This mediation suspends the course of the proceedings
Arbitration
Arbitration involves calling on one or more third parties outside the legal system. Third parties charged by the protagonists with investigating the case, listening to the parties and making a decision.

We prefer the term jurisdictional to that of judicial. Indeed, we can as well be designated by
